Anybody have the pinout for the 12 pin connector on the spectra physics fiber coupled diode modules. The ones with the relay that shorts them out? Looks like a EEPROM, thermistor, and something else going on.

Are you sure it's 12 pins? On the SP 0129 fiber coupled diodes, the 9 pins are as follows:
If you are looking at the top of the diode (relay on top) with the fiber pointed away from you, the pin out from right to left is as follows:
Relay +
EEPROM Vcc
EEPROM Vss
Relay -
Diode +
EEPROM Data
EEPROM Clock
Thermistor
Thermistor

It is 12 pins. I do have an older one with 9 pins. The board is more complex too.
