    It's a Spectra Physics 7260, which they said they never made. OK...

    Got it with no power supply but managed to figure out what it needed (+5v, +/-15v). This one runs at 41 mhz. Phat Photon's 7250 model runs at 27 so I am guessing that is the difference between the numbers.

    The 7250 in the manual appears the same as the 7260. I wonder if it could be modded?

    Not really. All that is inside is a pretty generic Q-switch drive module and a board that sends the signals to it.

    Im not too worried about the q-switch at this point. First I need to find a 795nm diode with a SMA. My friend has a couple SP diode modules. Maybe one might be the right wavelength.
