I am looking for analog laser drivers for 445nm and 637nm, or maybe someone that would be interested in building one in cooperation, my friend owns a fab for electronic boards full SMD capabilities. Please contact me.

Thank for the link, would the community be interested designing drivers with like beam suppression and things like that. I have the means to manufacture them on a regular basis, even keep them in stock.
I would like to do the following.
- max 2500mA current (adjustable with Potentiometer or MPU)
- analogue modulation 30Khz minimum switchable with jumper to switch to TTL (0-5v) and CW (based on 5V), would be great to setup a module.
- beam suppression (for blue and red lasers on/off with jumper or MPU)
- solder less connectors (screw connectors or other ? for easy installing)
- optional easy to fit heat sink(s)
- small size circuit board
- a way to lay these boards on top of each other (and passing trough the voltage input) when using these for multiple setups of 8-24 combiners
- add a MPU to monitor the voltage and currents, maybe be able to program these values with a USB or Serial Connection, or maybe have data points where i could pick up these values for a MPU board later something like quick connectors.
Let me know if someone interested in this, i have a small budget i can get together, please contact me.
... the analog driver with LM317 in this link can be modified by replacing the LM317 through LM338 or LM350 for higher max. current with one LM, but you can parallelize more LM's, so you can 'stack' the max. current.
I'm doing this 'parallelizing' actually with CW/PWM-driving my IR-diodes with 5 LM's with up to 9 Amps with a TTL-output or in an adjustable high-power PS with 8 parallel LM's.
The analog driver with the LT1215 is simple enough to design a stackable PCB, so would be my first suggestion ...

Maybe doing a little bit of more research on PL would help too:

Interested in 6-12W RGB projectors with low divergence? Contact me by PM!
I did my research Mr Edison, the problem is Thomas has not been responding to inquires because some personal things have come up, I have not been able to get a hold of him for like 2 month now. I wish him the best and hope he can resolve things, which i don't want to get in further detail.
listed on ebay just the other day

That is great Mr Hivelaser but i have been on skype with him the last couple of days and he is back on track. He is working his ass of to get all orders done including the 28 that is ordered. I think if you send him a PM now he can help you out![]()

And what's that i got a response today... I still want to design drivers tho with the specs i stated above...
