Default LW50K scanner tuning guide needed (need to know what each potmeter does.

    Hey guys,

I have an RGB laser projector here, works great.
However there is something wrong with its scanning size.
It does the full width in the X axis but barely 1/4th in the y axis.
other then that the galvos are working great.

I remember that suddenly in the past this issue occured with this projector.

I don't think it's a grounding issue and most certainly the galvos are not broken.
(I know this isn't recommended but swapping the x and Y cables that go to the gal

Is it possible for scanner drivers to lost their tune for any reason?
Are there other things I should diagnose to find the source of the problem?
Right now I'm resoldering the connections to the ilda connector and isolating each contact properly using shrink tubing.

Does someone have a the documentation for the LW50k galvos? (the documentation is removed from the laserworld site)

The tuning wont make a difference to the size, sound like a a plus or minus cable connection has gone bad
When God said “Let there be light” he surely must have meant perfectly coherent light.

Thanks for the headsup! I will check the connections.
I bet there is a bad connection too somewhere.
There was also a bad connection to the blue laser which I fixed now.
