    Default Laserworld cs-1000 rgb, not sure what the problem is

    hey guys,
    i noticed a problem with one of my cs-1000 rgb,
    here is a photo of two circles, one is clean and good and the second is not.
    anybody knows what my be the problem?

    also the output of this laser is abit lower then the regular one..

    The problem, is that it is a Laserworld :-P

    I would start by turning down your scan speed, that is my best guess.

    That looks a bit like ghosting to me as the extra light spill looks like weak repeat circles. Wondering if you have some internal reflection due to beam spill. Have a look to see whereabouts the beams are on the mirrors to make sure they're fitting ok. See if you can spot a difference between the internal alignment on each projector that might be causing some beams to spill and reflect on one projector.

    Also for peace of mind, try another wall, look like some reflective surfaces nearby. You could just be seeing an external reflection. A flat matt wall would be best with the projection in the middle away from the ceiling or floor.

    hey guys thanks for the help,
    just finished checking the projector and cleaning the scanner mirrors, i didnt spot anything else that seems problematic..
    i tested the projector after that and i think it got better.
    i'l guess i'l be sure 100% only in real time..

    if next time i'l encounter the same problem i'l post with more photos of the inside.
