I honestly don't really know what's out there Adam. Thanks for the tip though, I'll take a look at them. The reason I liked the LED iMoves was that they seem to be quite small and reasonably light.

I think in the price range you're looking at, the Showtec 4600 would be a more sensible buy, from a brand, resale, power consumption perspective. Don't be put off by the 30w source, they're brighter than the old 60w source, and those were a match for an msd250/2.
Unfortunately you have to trade some size if you want 2 gobo wheels, colour wheel, effect wheel in a moving head. If you trade the fixed gobo wheel you'll get smaller, lighter and a kilo or 2 less and a couple of hundred quid less. They're only 10kg anyway
