Heeeeeeeelp nothing works anymore

ok so i first made this topic:

but i will re-explain the situation.
i have a laser projector right now with the pt-40k galvo set, a blue laser module hooked up to a P3, a green module hooked up to 2 seperate drivers.

The problem - doesnt scan. only blinks for a split second after saying go or stop in the riya test program. this also was my problem with the old pt-itrust and pt-30k set.

Solutions tried:
1. PT-40k and pt-itrust replacement. replaced the drivers, PSU, pt-itrust with another one.... in the first place it worked for a while. i was aligning the galvo's. thats the last thing i did. everything was working as it should. i thought this fixed it. after i while i powered the projector up again, only to see the issue i had before has come up again!

2. Cut power to all laser modules and drivers. same issue i see and hear the galvos quickly move and then stop.

3. Soldered every single wire with solder. some wires had maybe bad contact so all contacts have now solder on them for a solid connection between electronics.

Do you guys have any idea whats going on?

the ONLY thing i can imagine what i did wrong was aligning the galvos while they were running(only projecting a steady dot in middle). but i did this countless times with the other pt-30k set i had back then without problems.
is this my problem? or is something else going on? thanks....

edit: ah this pretty much explains everything. The riya laser dac is not working anymore.
i have tried the ilda gem i possess for the heck of it, and well my scanners had no problem making the square and change modulation.

In set with controller is Test.exe program, which can help within five minutes check every channel of controller.

You do not done this test... and you are sure that problem is in RIYA controller???

I not exclude it... but if your IT-trust not provide correect translation own pictures,
you should first of all fix this problem

Run please Test.exe program, meter all voltages, and write here result of this test please


And one more: probably you choiced some option in RIYA_Settings program, which is not correct for current state? (for example, you choice DMX control, but you not connected DMX controller... ).

No no i never changed dac or ilda settings. Never. Not in lsx not in test app.
I dont understand them anyway.
No im not sure its the dac. Maybe its my pc not correctly communicating with the dac. Thats all that can be wrong now.
Like i said i installed a new itrust. Brand new since today. And the one before had same problem. The ilda gem works fine. This suggests its one of either problems i just said i think?
I will test voltages tommorow.
