    1W 658nm, ~6mm, <4mrad
    500mW 635nm, ~6mm, <4mrad
    300mW 637nm, 3mm, ~1mrad (2pcs Opnext 170mW combine to one)
    I thought you know which one is your best choose.

    Ha! 632.8nm was absolute fire compared to other wavelengths on my old 15mW HeNe!! Absolutely loved that thing. (back before these diodes started spewing forth coherent torrents) The beam profile was absolutely gorgeous as well.

    just to correct some info in this thread, 660 does not = big fat beam. the 5.6mm 660nm diodes are single mode so mega tight beam
