2) they did find me but told me to be a good person and pay it back as there was nothing they could do to make me.
3) Nothing was ever a ponzi scheme, i did mail out the correction optics and lenses, but the mounts got delayed then out right impossible once the shop i had making them closed.

Just doing what i know is right to the best of my ability, so far 90% of people have been paid back in full.

Also no more Group buys ever. They are the worst, better off just buying in bulk then resell.

#1 and a big #1 is that your sale thread does NOT say that the optics sets are cut in half, if it did one would simultaneously think that 1/2 a set would be at 1/2 of the sales thread's price, and that is $40, have you forgotten? If they were to wonder what a set consisted of they would be able to see what the sizes what are in post #1 of the GB thread where you rounded us all up for a fine and proper robbing - in your eyes.
Man... that helped confirm the intentions when you secretly come along weeks later and reveal that you are giving us half the deal that is listed... AND YOU DIDNT EVEN DO THAT! I HAD TO ANNOUNCE IT.

You are not doing this smoothly, you are messing with us, a few you have ignored any communications with and they have decided to go elsewhere.
Not everybody that is in the list's have posted, I will assume you succeeded in ripping them off and that their loss is now your gain.

Do you recall after you had shipped out the pt30k galvos how you went whining about how you felt we all owed you a free set of galvos? and instigated a "tip donation fund"? I'd like that tip back now, and more.

the 30k galvos set i gave mine off to another member due to an error i made then talked to a member i knew bought an 3 sets to have a few spares, he offered to sell it to me 15% roughly more than he paid. Yea i was a bit pissed on that but i was a big boy got over it and got a better set of used 40k galvos that were in need of being tuned.
Needless to say i am much better off with my current 40k set.

Also your saying going threw the work of cutting optical glass is worth nothing? The tools the rigs the test units that failed, that i should just cut the price in half?
Im sorry but there is a decent amount of work into my rig, yea maybe it could have been simpler but i decided to make a good rig that cost me alot of time and so i charge for it.
So no a half set is not half the price, it works the same as a full so the people who buy dont care as long as it works.
Few have the tools to cut the optics decently without hurting the coating and the surface quality, let alone risk breaking them and being out a 40$ set of correction optics.
With the risk of cutting them there is a reward and that is more stock.
Again and again i have told you if you are unhappy or disagree with the value of items sent mail them back and like i said in the pm. Send them back in the same condition i sent them shipped via usps in a padded envelope like the one they were sent in or similar protective shipping, once i get them back you will get a refund for your 5 12$ mounts (60$) plus 3$ for the usps shipping charge. (63$ total refund)

Yes so i planned to mail out only the diode lens and correction optics and stiff everyone on the mounts then years later come and try to make it right be refund a bunch of money and selling a bunch of stuff all to rob you.... are you serious? [sarcasm]

Again am willing to refund you 100% of your money i thought giving you 2 sets of correction optics worth 80$ would be nice i was wrong.

I sent you a PM telling you they were half sets. Some how when you tried to send me a message that you did not want half sets it never got sent. Not my fault.
But you were told before they were sent.
I tried cutting them into thirds not having that virgin edge is a problem and you will need a much different mounting right. kinda like the one planters had that could rotate each lens.

All in all if you are coming here and trying to regain composure then why would you do these things? I have offered you a 100% refund plus the shipping cost. But you want more you want compensation, and at this time i am unable to give any.
