    Well, I knew it had to be some sort of weird mishap causing all this.
    Steve, I can assure you that I don't have a single PM from you since 02-26-2013 (when you notified me that you had shipped the galvos)
    maybe a group of 0 and 1 played their little trick on us

    A PM with my shipping address, is on its way as we speak. Please verify receipt.
    I will have to insist on letting me know of the shipping cost as i don't want you out of pocket on this.

    Do you recall having sent mine or receiving the LM12's? I simply have been too busy to look through boxes and double check.

    Brad, I recall having shipped yours. The pile of dead LM12S Here is huge, the pile of new ones is well, one....

    This means all the amps shipped.

    Thanks Steve. A mind is a terrible thing to lose. I use being over 40 as the excuse.

    Lanek,

    What I need for the galvo cables is back-ordered. I had enough material to make one new cable. I am shipping you the boards and my personal test cable plus the new cable today. I also made up some short wiring harnesses for the power and signal input ribbon cable. I connected the boards to my test 6810 and set the servo and damping to follow a 30 Hz square wave, using a oscilloscope. This will place you where you may tune the scanners using the Laser Media and ILDA test patterns.

    You will need to supply the fuses and fuse holders, I don't know what is available in Greece, so I suggest automotive fuse holders as they are widely available and inexpensive.

    Color scheme for the ribbon cable harnesses I made last night:

    Blue = Negative Side Power Supply.
    Red = Positive Side Power Supply
    Black(1) = Ground
    Black(2) = Ground
    Orange = ILDA signal +
    Violet = ILDA Signal -

    WIRES FROM BOARD:
    Grey (1) to external fuse holder and 3 Amp fuse
    Grey (2) to external fuse holder and 3 Amp fuse

    You may drive the board single ended by grounding the Violet wire and driving the Orange wire. The spare Black wire is intended to be signal ground.

    Jumper settings:

    W1= Unsoldered and OFF = internal + voltage regulator (never change this without reading manual, may cause circuit failure)
    W2 = Unsoldered and OFF = internal - voltage regulator (never change this without reading manual, may cause circuit failure)
    W3+W4 = Normal galvo deflection direction. (option to reverse for rear projection etc.)

    W1 and W2 are configured for running off 18 to 24 volt PSUs. For running off 12-15V PSUs W1 and W2 may be changed after meeting all the conditions in the factory manual.

    Units were tested at +/- 24.2 VDC using a pair of adjustable bench power supplies.

    Remember the Galvos must be heat-sinked in some form of mount prior to operation.

    Shipping was $24.95 for first class postal to Athens, plus 13.95 for the return signature request. Some one will need to sign for it. That is the closest I could get to tracking. The cost of FEDEX equaled the cost of just ordering you new amps from the Chinese.
