    Default Newbie Here

Hello everyone. Mu name is Evan NIne and I just recently bought a Mobilebeat MKV RGB Laser. I have been a Mobile DJ for 32 years and just joined this forum on the advice from a friend of mine over at Pangolin. He said great people here. I am looking for new ways to improve my laser shows and always looking to show other peoles shows with music and give credit where credit is due. Thanks for all the help and God Bless

    Evan NIne

Please do not say 'God bless'. I find that offensive.

Err... Why? Is there a particular reason that you are offended by this statement Graham?

I like to keep peace and harmony and would never chastise someone for being open with their religious beliefs. I struggle to see how anyone could take offence by someone asking for their God to bless you, even if you have no belief yourself. We live in a crazy world, best just to try and get along with people and make friends rather than enemies. I make a point of not becoming involved in discussions about religion and politics... But in this particular case I made an exception as I find your post on a public forum (where everyone is entitled to their own opinion) quite bizarre .

Because by saying God Bless at the end of techy question is a) cheesy b) erelivant and c) assuming we are all god believing bible readers.

My belief is that religion is the biggest problem for humans apart from environmental problems.

We're not supposed to discuss religion here.

But.... God can mean many things. I get offended when anyone assumes it be a Christian only idea (from any point of view).
