Hmmm, I never realized you could disable the 7 second startup delay. My old manual makes no mention of this, was this feature added to later boards or will my now 4 year old boards have this also ?

This space for rent.

This was added after the first release. It's possible yours can be disabled, it's done by placing a solder bridge here:

I was thinking of the commercial with the dog searching for bacon strips. I likewise do the same for PHOTONS!
Andrew if you have an I/O left you could let us feed in a voltage to select the led suppression level via an adc. Would require some delicate soldering to add the connection. OR could repurpose the 7 second I/O selected by the solder bridge and use that as the input. Not sure what Micro you selected. Didn't look. Simple enough code to add even I could do it. For the delay just hard code it on for the model. 7 seconds isn't that big a deal to wait and it lets everything stabilize. Plus now you just add a pot across the 7 second turn off pins. Come to think of it you can do both functions through the same connection. If the pin sees 5V then 7 second delay if it sees 4.5 or less then its the suppression voltage and takes over after the turn on period.
I am waiting-- paid with Paypal--plz let me know L henzel 77422
Just got shipping notification thanks!

My tracking number says my order should arrive tomorrow.
Perfect timing since Halloween project is wrapping up. Will post videos of the Halloween project in the other thread at some point this week. I'm really happy with the way things turned out this year, except that its going to rain.
