Default Part Number for Connector End

Can someone help me figure out what the part number is for this connector end. A digikey part number or manufacture part number would be awesome. A type of connector description would be helpful. (KK .156, Phoenix, Etc. I know it is neither of these) This is a cable for a scanner driver board signal input. I think the pin spacing is 0.1. Has anyone ever had to replace or make their own cable of this type. I am also looking for a header to mate to this cable. I spent an hour last night trying to navigate digikey looking for anything close but because I don't know the connector type I couldn't really use the filters to find what I was looking for.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
