Default New diode and TEC driver

Hi. Today I run my new driver. Here it looks not the best but it is prototype for me- significant that work pretty. Now I have 4pcs for my new projector. If anyone are interest then I can run with regular production in ~2 weeks. Price, now I don't know exactly but close 30Euro

    Board 45x20mm
Diode current up to 4A (TIP 122), TEC up to 2,5A (IRLML0030). I sugest total not more than 5A (patch dimension).
Analog modulation with overvoltage protection (I dont check frequency now, but i'm sure that is not bad).
    Soft start as delay.
Precision trim for TEC temperature, diode treshold and operate current.

How it work you can assess from this movie.. CH2 (left) is supply voltage and current. CH1 (right) is modulation voltage.

Here you can see soft start. Blue is supply voltage, yellow output current.

Looks interesting, beamsupression? and is it highside or low side ?

If you mean about standby current when modulation voltage is 0V then yes, you can set (treshold) current. 32sec on movie- standby current is set to 0,5A

You think about transistor?. Then it is low side, transistor are betwen diode (or TEC) and GND.

No standby means the diode is cut off below 0.2v. So the diode is off when having 0V. That is nessesary for blue diodes. But great to see you take up the challenge

    Check now, I add beamsupression.
0-0,3V black out, next 0,5...1A. Hysteresis is maybe little to much (150mV).
