I was looking at the ST132's, just trying to figure out what to do with a single projector. I will probably fabricate something out of 6061 T6. It should be plenty strong. I do like those totems though. Not cheap holy @#$$.

    Can you invert the yoke?

If so, get a TV adaptor for the ST132 and a 28mm spiggot to attach to the yoke. This drops down into the adaptor, and allows easy removal and refitting.

You can also get half couplers on spiggots, so you can put a decent scaff bar on it for other scenarios. Basically, the TV adaptor brings some versatility and options. You could just use one of these attached directly to the yoke but its not as versatile.

For my projectors where I can't invert the yoke, I just use one of these, and a short length of ally scaff bar, like a small hangmans jig. The lifts are solid enough that a load off to the side a small way makes no difference

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

No I can't flip it. I'd have to fab something.

I was nervous about letting it hang on one side of a bar. Maybe I'm just paranoid, well of course I am. I'll try to find me a short length bar somewhere after work and I may give that a shot.

Mine tend to be 300-500mm or so, just enough to get a couple of clamps on. With the added bonus that it's harder to swivel it out of alignment than just using a single bolt in a yoke.
