Just wondering how a 100mW 473nm dpss laser is compared to 500mW 445nm blue
I was thinking to add one of the dpss blue to my mix with 445nm in my current projector
Any advice?

From Sam's FAQ:
442 nm .0398 Violet-blue Violet-blue line of HeCd laser
450 nm .0468 Blue
457.5 nm .0556 " Blue frequency doubled Nd:YVO4
457.9 nm .0562 " Blue line of argon ion laser
473 nm .104 " Blue frequency doubled Nd:YAG
So looks like what you'd have would be fairly equal if you dial the 445 down a tad.

For some reason I found the white to be somewhat nice and warm with the 473nm with the correct Red and Green power mix to it compared to 445nm it seemed kinda cold white
I am wrong I guess correct me please if necessary.

I've heard some people say that adding some 473 to 445 makes the colors better. I've also heard some people say they didn't see much of a difference. I guess everyones sight may be a little different. I know I personally really like the color of 473 and would love to have a projector with a big honking 473 in it with just a little 445 added someday, and not the other way around. As far as a brightness comparison between 100mw of 473 versus 500mw 445, I honestly couldn't tell you. The answer from Sam's probably gave you want you wanted to know.
Yeah I think 445 mixed with red and green makes a "colder" white. I also like 473 better . My personal favorite is 488 but most people think it's too cyan-ish .. I think your color scheme with both 445 and 473 will look good.
The old 473nm I have is only 200mW, however it can more than keep a lower powered 445nm rig honest. Visibility and beam quality is the winner. Not to mention the colour mixes possible... both would be best.
Color is one thing, linear modulation is another... I like 473 better as a color but nothing beats 488nm, now we need higher power 488nm diodes... If you have a 473nm laser with an AOM it would kill the modulation argument. But I am on both sides more lines are more fun.

I have both kind blue inside my projectors: 473nm and 445nm. They are combined with different reds.
Talking about white balance, these are my personal valuations:
445 and 650: "snow white"
445 and 640: "cold white" (next to snow white)
473 and 640 (not anymore.... red is dead). This is (was) the most "natural white". It is my favourite.
473 and 635: "warm white"
Personally I love 473 more than 445.
473 have a couple of "handicap" only:
- Price..... 473 is expansive.
- Modulation is quite temperature sensible. It need a good heatsink to be stable. It want the "right" working temperature: not so warm, not so cold.

I was quoted for 100mW 473nm from CNI for 285USD, wouldn't mind adding it to my toy my current for home use
But im scared its not reliable and if I dont use it for long time that it will degrade? Because it also not worth it to send it back to china even if theres warranty, the shipping cost just doesnt cut the mustard.
