Told most of the time the account is closed in 2 days and the receiving bank see's that as the end of the transaction.

The other option "account number error" and it was also $25 also up to the receiving bank. I asked if I had a better chance of getting my money back if I asked to change the account number to a say all 9's. Thinking the receiving bank would reverse the charge....With this option you can only request a change to the receiving account number, cant request a change say to another bank. Again told 50/50 chance as most of the time the receiving bank will just see the account as now closed and be done with it. And unknown chance of the receiving bank even returning for a change of account and sending to another made up account.
I case you were still in doubt, you're dealing with criminals for sure now

This reason right here is why I hate dealing with Chinese, they only accept bank wire transfer so if it is lost to customs you cannot reverse it. kinda BS to me, i would buy so much more from them if they even accepted paypal or credit card

I don't know about that. Paypal is full of scams too, like the classic "send an empty box with a tracking number" and then claim that the buyer is lying about receiving an empty box...

Paypal has gotten better in recent months about siding with the buyer, but it still sucks. I use Paypal because I have to, not because I want to.

i use PayPal for years without trouble.
Western Union also work without any trouble, when using Western Union the receiver (the name you fill in) must be the person that receive the money in hand.
Funny story, because I sent a payment to the desk girl at Viasho, so she had to run down to the bank and get the money by herself
