Question Green Diode only affected by scanner tuning

I've noticed that the Green diodes in my lasers show system are affected by scanner tuning stability.
    eg.
    - On a few patterns, Green will go dim or jiggle in brightness
    - A white pattern will become a less-greeny white when a pattern does a type of shape... repeatedly

I recently retuned one of my lasers and noticed that the "jiggle" of the Green has dissappeared on that laser.

Unable to find any posts relating to this. Why is green the only color affected by the scanners? Is it poor PSU?

    I have 4x RGB Lasers:
    - 40k scanners, Analog, 300mw 635, 200mw 532, 1watt 445

That will be a thermal issue with the green
I had same problem with a laserwave green
Problem went after i tec tuned it

I am suprised you asked eric ?
Any way i had a green laserwave that was slow to fire up, so with some ques was just dim
Only ques that used short green pulses. The longer the pulse the better it worked
So i just turned tec temp down until i found a happy medium where it worked well at short and long pulses
Which also put a stop to its mode hopping antics too

No, not how in principal as you are right I do know a little about that, but rather where on the driver board you accessed the pot and were you able to meter out an actual temp or just optimize to the output power?

    Eric
The laserwave i had was single tec under the plate to control xtal and diode temp
The single tec was adjusted from xtal pot ,and to get best perfomance had to below the recomended 3.7v
Return on the thermistor to 3.2v took somtime to do as it was a case of adjust a little and wait sometime for temps
    To stablise
Readings were taken with a dmm ,one probe to ground , other to test point as per picture
