Yes, strangely identical. And if I remember right, they used Kvant modules once in their projectors, just enough time to be inspired by them...

I could be interested by a red module, if you can build me one with >6W, <5mm, <1mrad

The only one there can do that at the moment is Cohernet and Arctos. But coherent is just to heigh in price range. But if anyone know where to get this range. Please let us know. Would like to have 5-10W ~637nm 5-6mm at 0.8-1 mrad. :-)

I took delivery today of 2 Lightspce Ascent XX 6.6W RGB projectors, taking advantage of their christmas special offers.

Initial thoughts, having popped the lid off one units optical chamber, and havng run both projectors up on quickshow is that these are fantastic units, with very high build quality and very high optical quality.

the projectors contain 1.4W of single mode 637, a 2W OEM CNI 532 DPSS and 3.2W off 450NM.

At 15M distance, all divergence looks very similar indeed between colours, with good modulation. The PT40 scanners are also notably better since the ones fitted to a 2 year old Pluto 2.6W i have.

Thanks Omar and Melody, some pics will follow tomorrow
