I think you should be looking in the left part of the driver. The 4 fets are probably the h-bridge for the TEC driver

These are the NEW "OEM" style CNI drivers? These have been shipping now for 8 months?

ahh. A H-bridge on a china driver. That should be the first time. Never seen a heat and cool DPSS driver with a china laser jet.
I Use the Pico driver with dual tec heat and cool on our CNI lasers. Total nice driver from

Rock stable and a must if you need all the power out when you blank your laser. Else you only get below the half of the power out of your laser. But also the temp is a big problem on the china drivers because they "only can cool " not both heat and cool. So you are never on the perfect set point of the diode and crytal. I tryed with the one coming together with laser head from Cni. To get max power (1 watt green laser normal do 1.3w) you have to have 5 volt on the mod in. for around 60 sec to get the laser to the full power. I don't know any one there put the laser to 5v volt you always modulate on the laser. And it is not enougth heat in the beam to heat up the crystal. Is it will take many min's of blanking to get in the correct temp setting on the china driver. That's what you avoid with a good heat and cool driver. your are already in place when the laser is heatet up on a pico or like heat and cool driver.
Don't know if there are another Dpss (heat and cool) on the marked, but is very pleased with the pico ones. :-) *
Thanks Leander for your pico drivers. :-)

    Greetings
    Poul.
