    Default Prisms and correction optics

Who is the person with prism pairs for 445 and correction optics for Mitsubishi red diodes these days?

And drivers too? FM3 or Badpip or what is the driver of choice these days?

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

Is Pat still around for Aixiz table mounts?

So what drivers are people using for new builds then?

PM Pat and ask, he is not selling through a store as of late. Dave mounts seem to be the best bet. As for drivers I am not sure if the flex mod gb is closed.

Laser (the acronym derived from Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation) is a spectacular manifestation of this process. It is a source which emits a kind of light of unrivaled purity and intensity not found in any of the previously known sources of radiation. - Lasers & Non-Linear Optics, B.B. Laud.

Pat's micro-mounts are nice, and the Z-bolt heatsinks are good too, if you're using the 12 mm Aixiz modules (or the solid-copper clones that DTR sells). However, if you want to TEC-cool the diodes, I agree that Dave's cube-shaped brass mounts work really well.

As for drivers - there should be two new (and completely different) drivers available in the next month or two. I've actually been holding off on two large builds because I want to test both of these new drivers first.

Nope, no tec cooling required, I like to keep things as simple as possible.
I was looking at DTR's ready to go barrels with lenses and lead in wires (I hate the fiddly soldering!) and I already have some of Pat's mounts in my first ever builds, which I like.

I may end up waiting for the new drivers as I really wanted something with SBS, which the FM3 lacks currently.

Are they listed on your site dave? I couldn't find them when I looked the other day.

So, you're doing your own driver are you? any details (or have I missed the thread)?
