I can say with 99.99% that these are THE SAME DIODE. Nobody else is making these diodes, Aixiz, JUST LIKE O-Like is getting these from Osram. Stop pretending these are some unheard of diode. I have been sourcing this diode since the beginning of the year, I was the first to build with the 520's back on LPF. I know what I am talking about here.

This isn't a new diode, they are NOT the only ones, and this is NOT the only diode of it's kind.

you are really a piece of work at 19 yrs old-

These MODULES are unique to AixiZ find them any where else and I will be surprized. You need to stop trying to come off as an expert and pretending you know it all.

I NEVER said it was a new diode and the spec sheet you posted is for the 520 NOT the 515-

How about this- quit reading my posts and replying to them-

Let me know when you DIY a RGB projector- PL is not the handheld forum.

I would appreciate that you NOT reply to this post-

Unfortunately you will see another reply from me because again, you are wrong.

As are you a piece of work for advertising a product you clearly know NOTHING about. Yes, Aixiz is the first company to press the diode and put a driver on it. Outstanding.

However, that spec sheet was for the 515nm, so again I have to prove my point. Want the 520nm diode spec sheet? Here ya go. Notice anything different?

Unfortunately I will not be making my RGB anytime soon. I have papers to write, PSUs to repair, and projects to do. So that will have to wait.

You are ^^ right - those are the correct data sheets- but you are wrong about any other sources of 515nm modules-ESPECIALLY AT THE BARGAIN PRICE OF 85$- iirc Laserlands wants ~ 115$ for just the bare 3.8mm diode. I met yesterday with AixiZ owner Dr Chuck and he agrees that obtaining the bare doides in all available powers and wavelengths and offering them to forum members would be a good idea and for sure a quicker ship time to CONUS and also at the best prices.

There are still a few left(@ 85$) so PM me if you want a link as they are not going to be offered at either feeBay or amazon. I also cannot say for sure the prices of these plug n play 515nm 20mW modules will remain at 85$ --current supply is not very many.IIRC less than 40 pcs.

by definition modules differ MUCH from bare diodes.so that must be where the confusion started.

BTW i ones I have metered go smoothly up to 26mW and are very stable- nice round dot- great divergence- add ~3.2 vdc to the red and black wires and you are good to go.

I demoed these for quite a few at SELEM and did not hear any say they thought the color was Bluish- but for sure as the nm goes lower we will see a greenish blue.

they are focusable but i am thinking a much better heat sink be used to slide in the module- as the one HS these come with is both small and not at all a perfect fit. I still hope for help with a murder fund to see how long these MODULES can run non-stop with a better heat sink set-up. of course a fan and TEC would be a great idea for long run times.

Laserman 121 and Displaser contact me I -have the MODULES I promised to get for you.

I also still need to find new homes for three SL Argon complete systems & two round style Argon heads w/o PS and several 635nm red HeNes..

    ya'll have a nice day!!

I see. Yes, Aixiz is the only source for modules. I would like their source for diodes, as it must be cheap given that price.

PM incoming on the gas. I'm sure you expected that.

I remember seeing that as we were doing the VERY FINAL cleanup in the B/S/T room. Not sure where or with whom it ended up.
