How many days duration, how large of a space, and budget for venue rental if any?

I think we would need to see how many would commit to going. Two to two and a half days, size needed and budget contingent on how many will commit.

Aside from myself i can gather a half dozen local hobby laserists to attend maybe more-

if we can get the DFW and San Antonio/Austin guys to travel it could be a even bigger event than TEXLEM I was.

I have access to catering too. And I know 3 DJs if budget allows- they are not laserists(yet)

and perhaps a few sponsors and door prizes to add.

Personally I prefer a cheaper venue w/ lower cost than an expensive posh one.

Also being permitted to use the venue 24 hrs per day and parking for campers ( w/ power and MAYBE water)is best & our music not being a problem to those living close is also a consideration to be looked at.


When can we meet and do drive-bys on the locations??

As far as DJ's are concerned, I have 13 DJ's that work directly for me as well as all the DJ equipment needed. So wouldn't cost a dime there
Keep in mind they are all electronic music Dj's (Electro, trance, progressive, house, techno, etc)

I should get back into town next week sometimes (im offshore right now)

Ill call a few venues and see whats available.
