Something is going on with your X channel. Not sure if the galvo seized on you or what but X axis is where to start. Check all your connections. Make sure there are no broken wires going to that amp/galvo. Do you happen to know which galvos you have (Phoenix Technologys, DT-25's. 30's , 40s)? Given that you said "ILDA mode and DMX mode" my only other thought is that your show board is bad. I am guessing you have one of these in your projector:

I have seen these go bad often.

I don't know which galvos I have or how to tell. The laser is 1.25 WATT RBG and I bought it from www.szbecen.com. I have been trying to talk to them because they are the manufacturer but they are about dumb as a bug on a rug. I have checked all the connections and all seem to be ok.

Based on their catalog of projectors, I would wager quite a bit of money that there is a PT-ITRUST card in your projector and I would wager that your problem resides there. This is kinda the problem with "value" projectors from China. You are going to get what you pay for . Hopefully they will work it out for you.
