Default New 3w RGB Projector Build

been spending a lot of time designing and building a new projector of recent, the plan is for a 3w RGB. although the case its self could take up to 6w of RGB.

so I purchased a big heat sink and started work, I am very lucky that it fits in the big CNC. its 250 x 250mm

to stop dirt of dust getting in I sealed the fans, there will be no fans or air movement inside the actual case its self

the grove round the edge is for o-ring cord (rubber seal)

ive been doing everything my self including the panels

this is the aperture window, so the plan is to glue an AR window in then use o-ring cord to make a seal

    aperture mask

module wise, its got a 1w laserwave OEM green in it and this nice little RB unit.

so 1x 445 diode with correction optics and 2x 500mw 638 diodes with correction optics, it measures just 55x100mm

its not finished yet still got a fair amount to do, not sure if it will be ready for the meet or not yet

Beautiful work Andy. Can you bring it even if it's not done so we can all dribble over it?

The heat-sink you use is anodized or powder coated?

Does the surface finish with powder coating stays clean in time? What happen if you shock the case?

    Nice looking projector!
