What might boost that a bit is a lot of small donations. I doubt anyone's going to point the finger based on donation size. A lot of small donations might be a boost to morale all round. There's a lot of money in this game, and a lot of dependency on the Chinese, and if someone in China gets ripped off by someone with what is likely a much easier life, it;s a raw deal to say the least. A bunch of small donations might be a hell of a gesture to the effect that this is not on. This business makes me understand Bob Geldof that bit more.. A few people giving something substantial has happened, and it's great, but I bet a whole lot more agree that this is worth the effort to help even if they don't feel like they have the same stake in it. Not just to help Winni, but everyone. The more people are willing to stake some money, even if just a few quid, the less likely anyone is to want to fall foul of that many people by ripping off someone like what was done to Winni. In turn, it makes it that much less likely that anyone's going to ask you to shell out again. So it's up to you. If you think the gesture stands to do any good at all, do it now, because if done well, it may not be needed again for a long time.

Nor do I wish to have to keep track of a whole lot of small donations. I understand your point entirely Doc but, it IS a bit to keep up with behind the scenes. I'm personally blown away by how well we actually did. Once again it's another example of the incredible type of people that reside on this forum and hobby and, I'm always grateful to have stumbled upon it a few years ago.
