Is that an actual photo of the optical train, or a rendering of it using some sort of 3D modeling program?

The image is obviously doctored to add in the busty Santa-chick, but the rest of the image still has an artificial look that makes me think it came from 3D modeling software.

If this is in fact an actual photo of the optical train, then it's most impressive.
