Hey guys!

Lots of positive vibes i am feeling, Peter B bringing his stuff (will check out your website didn't know of it... so i will in a few minutes, maybe a special LEM offering if people want to buy stuff from you ?), PJ brings his new shows to be bought for a discount (or you can just watch and enjoy), Joost bringing the full diode lasers (does anyone bring a calibrated powermeter so we can see how the green performs and looks next to a "normal" greenie ? I know Joost posts a lot of cool pictures but i think it's always best to see with your own eyes, i personally am very very interested in those greens. Then Johan will bring loads of stuff from his cleaned out workshop which sounds interesting.

I think we are up for a helluva weekend. Remember from Fridaymorning between 11-12 i try to be there and will be there with Manfred , Keith, His brother, Tony and myself.
Later Eightdot who also joined me on the UKLEM will come over.

@Cyberbob, too bad to hear man, was looking forward seeing you, as i might have a job when PLS in Frankfurt is, so it could be i miss that and then i don't see you at all ;-(((

I will update topic with people i know are coming over.

@Peter: It's an old school building and we can use 2 or 3 classrooms to sleep in (handy so we can drink beers and liquor if you want to!).
Bringing a camperbed, or airbed and a sleeping bag and some towels (there is even a shower in the building!) will do.

Sleeping is all included doesn't cost us anything and for a few euro's Fred will make you sandwiches in the morning or can bake you eggs or make snacks (tosti) or whatever.
You are allowed to bring own chips, candy and stuff, but it would be nice to sponsor Fred the caretaker by buying our drinks with him (very very reasonable prices).

Furthermore if enough people join the LEM it might well be that the Saturdaynight Chinese buffet is covered or covered a long way (so maybe you need to add 5 euro and have a nice chinese/indonesian buffet again!).

I will start inventorizing who will stay whole weekend/1 day / 2day (with or without dinner) so i can tell Fred upfront so he can arrange the buffet.
If you absolutely don't like chinese or are vegetarian we can order you a veggie pizza no problem! But the buffet is always nice and Fred's beer is always cold!

I am trying to talk to Ernst to see if he will be there on friday already from the start, he has some very nice truss we used last time, which he kindly offered to use this time again (Thanks Ernst!) if anyone else has stuff to place/hang projectors on, bring it.

The room is 25m long and 8m wide and like 5 meters high and has a stage on 1 side, where we can place all the projectors and we can sit in the back, this gives a "safe space" of about 12meters between us and the projectors. We place the tables in a "school setup" so everyone is looking to the stage.
Bring your long ilda leads, ethernet (25m or more)

In the bar area there is a billiard which can be covered to place stuff, there is a small side room for presentations , tinkering and playing with Legos (there is a a logobox).
Behind it is a workshop (which i am sure if we ask nicely we can use, else we can use one of the other rooms).
There is internet 60Mb/s(if someone can bring a nice strong wifi router we can plug in, i will bring a switch and some cables, so at least we have wired cable internet).
If someone has a streaming kit , so we can stream that would be nice or i can bring my webcam that can be controlled (so your family at home or people of PL can play with it).

Anyway:
A lot is possible on the location (heck we used even McCarrot's stageflames last time we where there and indoor fireworks (bombs) hahahah.

On Saturday caretaker Fred often invites some people over that he charges 2 euros, they come and stand behind us and we do some lasershows, music etc and fred offers them coffee afterwards, this way he makes a little money to run the Hall and keeps our bill down to an absolute small amount ;-)

Time for leaving Home some Days for a little Holiday. 2 Days ago i was in contact with Joost and i thought about visiting him.
He told me it would be great to do this this Weekend because of your LEM.
Because me and my Wife love Holiday in the Netherlands it was a fast Decision :-)
I can visit my first Laserfreak - Meeting ouside Germany and my wife will try to kill my Creditcard..
We will arrive Saturday morning. I can bring my 10W RGB (4W Viasho 532nm, 4W Kvant Blue and 2W Kvant Red 637nm, Raytrack 35+ ) and surely my Software "Dynamics"
incl Live and some Shows. If someone has an APC 40 there my one can stay at home...
If needed a Thorlabs Powermeter with 10W Head, nearly new..about 3 Moth old.
I also could bring a bad locking wooden Box incl. 10 Netlase-LC which i build for developing it.
If there are enough Projectors we can build a Multiprojector - Setup.
Hope you have Hazers & PA there to connect to the Laptop.
