HobbyBob suggested I make some nice offering for the LEM.
Now it's hard for me to try to guess what's appropriate of not and if any of you are interested but here's my suggestion. Feel free to suggest additional ones.

So here are my thoughts.
Many of you have been working with lasers for a longer time.
Some may have started to build their now modules and systems,. others just use them and have fun with their lasers.
The last part being the most important one, having fun.

At a certain point in time there comes that moment where you start thinking about professionalising your efforts and systems.
Especially in these economically trying times it may be hard to realise your goals. I know from fact

So we launched the TRADE-IN DEAL

With our TRADE-IN DEAL you can use for old system, the one you just could not get rid of, to serve as a discount towards a new system.

We will offer a basic discount of 10% of everything that is in our shop towards anyone who offers us a working* laser system, regardless of age and output power.
Added to the normal 10% we will add another 5 % to our LEM friends only.

So during the LEM you get a 15% discount towards the purchase of any new laser system or even systems ( yes you can even buy several with the same discount ) , but you will have to trade in a working system.

More discount ? Sure !
There is even a possibility of getting a higher discount.
If you trade-in a laser system of more then 2 Watts we may even raise your discount up to 25% !
This depends on the state the system is in. The better it looks, the higher your discount can be.

What if you trade in 2 units ?
A question that would be logical I guess, yet it will not add up to the discount.
So trading in a simple unit and a higher output unit would not get you more then max 25%.

Validity
The deal for the added 5% discount is only during the LEM, after that it returns to 10%.
But , again, if your system is in very good state we may raise the discount to 15%, 20% or even 25%.


Example
Let's give you an example how this all works.

You have this nice compact 1 Watt RGB which has hardly been used and has been sitting on the shelf for ages.
You find you want to buy a 3 watt rGB now but need to get rid of this 1 Watt first. Selling it on Marktplaats or eBay has not helped.

So say you want to buy a CS-4000RGB which has a minimal output of 3000 mW.
This normally would cost you 3811,- Euro incl 21% Tax ( MSRP )
In our shop ( www.crazylaser.nl ) we offer you this system at 2599,- incl 21% Tax. This is already a drop in pricing of more then 1200 Euro's worth.

Now you trade in your 1 Watt system and we give you an exclusive couponcode which you then apply to your order.
This coupon code represents a 15% discount on your first order. ( may even be more depending on the state of your system )

You put the CS-4000RGB in your cart, go to the check-out and see you are charged 2599,- incl tax.
Now you apply the coupon and get a 15% discount over this amount which is 389,85 incl tax.

In the end you pay 2209,15 incl tax. for a whopping 3 Watt RGB laser system.

My soldering iron broke down. If someone can bring a good soldering iron that would be cool.
Also bring airbeds, field beds to sleep on if you stay to sleep and some duvet (=dekbed in Dutch) and blankets because it is not always warm in the Netherlands/ the building.

**** CAN SOMEONE BRING STREAMING INTERNET SHIZZLE LIKE A CAM ETC stuff needed to setup a stream ?*******


I just updated the topic with the guestlist, some people i am not sure if they are coming, some i don't know what days, but if everyone shows up we have more people than last time.
Around 20 sounds good !!!

I just packed the "general infrastructure" stuff, like junction boxes, cable reels, power cables, netwerkstuff, 24port switch (if someone has wireless accesspoint please bring!).
I just bring 1 RGB else all don't fit in my car.
Ofcourse i do bring my laserbuild crate ;-) and a box of tools, screwdriver, taps, drills, screws, etc.

If someone can bring powersupply that can be power limited (bart/SrS ?) would be cool.

Michel brings projector for trainingpurposes (thanks) and Ernst will bring truss (thanks too again!).

Look forward meeting the UK guys tomorrow on Schiphol Andy will be there 15.55, then Galvonaut and brother will land 16.35 and then to top it off my buddy Mr. Tony Aztec is coming in at a whopping 18.45!
After that a quick drive hopefully no traffic to my house and then some food in the citycenter ;-)

aaah man just one day of work, which is filled for 75% with meetings ;-)

Thanks Dimitri, I have been very close to not coming, sadly my younger brother is currently very unwell. Been a difficult decision to come, so apologies if I'm a little quite, but hoping the weekend will help take my mind off it.

I got exams so I can't take too much off.

If you wont be there on the day I am I will do a bank transfer to you so you can leave the flightcase at the LEM
I'm not sure if I'll bring a projector. Fixing up blues and greens of my sattelites. "possibly my 473nm projector which has a pencil thin beam however that cannot be fastened right now.
This also because I'm looking in ways to go to marrum. Is there any form of public transport? I got my drivers license but haven't driven really big distances as of yet

Regarding the show: if you aren't there to see it and you still want to make use of the LEM price reduction you can hit me up within one week after the LEM max

i can include a draytek vigor router with wifi, will bring network cable, maybe, if we configure this right it will allow us to connect to the shared connection ;-)
shouldn't be that difficult.
