    Cw dye laser = ring.

It could be done, but L,V,z folds put the full Green out without a power adsorbing, expensive optical diode.

I'd heard of Verdi so I knew it could be done. Didn't know enough about it though, and it looked to me like something to be designed in at the outset, otherwise conflicting with intent in an existing design. My quick look based on what Dan said suggests that thermal lensing and cavity instability may be the thing to avoid. Maybe more that I never thought of.

The quick measurement the other night comes out at 36.5kW peak, but I'm not convinced that's quite right. Might have to re-do that.

You may not want to read this if you're a male...

TURP is done with a scope and instrument passed into the urethra and advanced upward to the prostate gland, then the doctor shaves away part of the prostate gland.

Very, very unlikely. Will be sad to see it go; t'was a really nice bit of kit, despite only working on it for a few weeks.
It's gone to a UK folk, but not a UKLEM person.

Considering they smashed that one up, I doubt even they would be mad enough to buy another!
