the question is not "how to repair it ?", it's "who want it ?"
I think if he spend time to check all what you said, trying repairing this unit, be sure the price will not be the same.

I know djem for many years and you can be sure he is a trusted guy.

KL79 is wright, I'm out of time, and repairing such unit will take some for sure, but for someone that has it, it could turn into a real beast !

For info, I measure the diode bank one by one :

Red :

Bank A 1 : 220mw
Bank A 2 : 290mw
Bank A 3 : 360mw
Bank B 1 : 240mw
Bank B 2 : 410mw
Bank B 3 : 430mw

Bleu :

Bank A : 210mw
Bank B : 520mw

theres no way all them diodes are dea, it sounds more like a modulation issue to me.

you would have to really go some to kill 20 odd diodes at once

These are WONDERFUL projectors and are a dream to work on/with. Top-notch on all fronts! Notwithstanding any power funkiness, whoever ends up with this will be a VERY happy camper!

They rock so hard that even the interlocks are keychain-worthy!

Update : I have been talking to Arctos, and the projectors is going to there headquarter tomorow, for a full check up, but the unit is still on sale !
