Actually this is the next T-shirt to be presented at the Dutch Lem! By the way, I improved it (which proves that I just rip-off other people's ideas, improve them because I have the money, and then get rich...)

i mean this guy, builds knife edge laser diode modules in his garage,
and SELLS them on the this forum..
Last time i checked , he didn't invent knife edging laser diode beams either!
but he's getting all stressed out about it the Pangolin lenses?? WTF

Yes I was using these lenses long before Pangolin started marketing these, and still use them in all small venues.

Did I came up with the idea? No, everyone with a little bit of knowledge knows a concave lens will increase the divergence of a beam.

I have been giving away and selling these lenses during LEM's since 2009 (the funny thing is no one wanted those lenses before Pangolin started marketing these) I think most of the dutch lemmers have lenses from me (Francesco, Michel, Bart, Johan, Dimitry, etc.)

When Pangolin started marketing these I was happy because it will help the laser scene to make better and saver shows. I even helped Pangolin making the promotional video (I'm the left guy on the safety lens video next to Bill) When this video was taken I was already using the lenses for while, and I was just acting to be impressed and make the video more usable for Bill (and Justin could buy me a beer in the evening )

Pangolin made these lenses accessible for the big crowd which is good and I hope Pangolin continues selling these lenses and hopefully make them cheaper so the laser market can be a more happy and save place.

Come on now; this is childish!

Bill; My apparent negative attitude is very just and it’s not to do with loss of income. I have plenty of other activities and certainly not short of funds or work. My greater concern is that one day sadly somebody is going to get burnt and likely in the eyes. With ever increasing Laser power and ever decreasing ownership costs of software; these devices are becoming affordable even by a school kids which really freaks me out. I certainly hope that this scenario does not play out because we will all be screwed, but as usual the way things are going; it most likely will.

Given Pangolin have almost a worldwide monopoly; it is highly likely that the system in use will also be a Pangolin product. Now I wonder what you will say when that is on CNN.

Bill; it might be prudent to take more care that one day the new phraze does not become 'Burnt by pangolin' because I am sure that is what the press will write when they see your name on every product at the crime scene. Of course a firearm is never to blame but it is not good to be associated to an accident either and I suspect that is where this business is going.

I don’t want anyone jumping on this and pissing me off with childish comments to start arguing about my points; just wanted to note more of what I find disturbing so that everyone understands why I commented. I sincerely wish you all a happy and safe New year.

Looking forward to seeing the scanner review so get on with it.
