I thought about using the Bob White again, but no 3-phase just kills it for me. There are a couple of places I'm looking at that should have the requisite power options available, however. One is Salmon Street Studios and the other is AudioCinema. If neither work out, there are a couple more options I can look into, including a more warehouse-style option or maybe even the NWLEM 2011 venue. (The Spot)

Yeah, that's for sure. Let's just say the guests of guests policy was adjusted after that particular year.

Found a venue that could work. It's a little spendy but has plenty of space, is close-in to downtown Portland, has 3-phase/water, and, of course, many food options nearby.

I'm going to try to drop in there tomorrow and have a look around and see what sort of deal I can work out for cost.

I'm going to be pretty busy as it is this May and June's a bit much for me to deal with at this point, timewise. I'm also open to postponing a bit so more people can make it work.

I am up for a later date so more people can attend my only commitments I have already is May 10th to the 17th and Aug 5th to the 19th

It would be worth it to pay a little more for a better venue with food close by, I will support that dose it have a parking lot and will they allow a 20 foot camp trailer to sit in it ?
