I have approx 75 to 100 feet of 4 conductor 10 AWG flex power cord it has standard 120 volt ends on it but you can use it if you bring the correct ends for your application, I'll put it in the trailer now.

Just got back from Portland and a visit to the NWLEM venue.
I pulled the front panel off of the aforementioned transformer and tested all of the legs. It appears to be set up solely as an isolation transformer so it's not converting the 240 mains to 3 phase, which means we'll need to get a generator if we want to have 3 phase available. There's a chance, if someone knows a little more about this stuff, that we could reconfigure the transformer for 3 phase, since it's supposed to be able to do that, but this would be above my pay grade, so to speak.
I'll shop around for generator options in the ~45kVA range, checking with rental shops and perhaps some people I know that have generators. We have plenty of power, just no 3 phase, for now.
