Our 1W 637nm is using 8pcs 170mW(Oclaro) diode, after combine, we got about 1.2W, as I know, many manufactory is using 6pcs to do 1W, factually their power is not match 1W(At least my cohrent power meter test is).
We just want to using the red in safety current and give customers more power.

For match 1W green diode and 1W blues, both are square beam, we advise you using our 638nm 900mW unit, which is 2pcs 500mW 638nm combine, with well collimation, divergence <2mrad, prices is cheaper tha 637nm too.
for 637nm 1W, we advise you choose our 532nm OEM-V-S, which is round and divergence is about 1mrad, which will give your amazing beam.
