Bill has been very busy with scanner preparations for the upcoming Photonics West trade show. I got an e-mail from him the other day, and he's been up to his eyeballs in work. I think the video is somewhat lower on the priority list right now. (Rightfully so.)

The webinar is up on Youtube, its up as one complete video and also in 4 individual chapters. Don't know about the accompanying files though.

Have you got a link please because I've just been to Pangolin's Youtube channel and there are no new videos. Last one was Festival Laser Show (Brazil) uploaded 4 days ago.
