I will take a look at this diode and the company's booth when I see them @ Photonics West next week. I can think of a number of questions to ask.

Number one question to ask...... What is the emitter size? Use of violence acceptable if you can't get it out of them

Laser die-size and -shape are crucial data, which is usually omitted at most spec sheets.

What is wrong with the G71? Except for the lower power these produce significantly better beams than the P73.

Ice always found that approach enormously crushing on the ego when they opt for the violence...
