I think it was Adam who also had to pay the exit fee at San Pedro Sula.. I just checked my credit card, and they took the $39.72 airport exit fee as a CASH ADVANCE instead of a credit card charge, at which point Chase added on a $10 transaction fee. I called Chase up and they took it off, but just be aware that if you paid with a credit card, they might have done the same thing to you.

The BC will absolutely matter as it is size dependent. The regs, however, will/should be fine
