Any photos of inside? It's a shame it doesn't have a bracket angle locking thingumy.... what are they called?

Next cases will be have bracket angle and have so laser dust guard ...

stock use rails or angle 90 degree from aluminium details ,so can use and 90 degree details from

I don't think you've really improved things with those bolts, they still stick out with edges. If you are going to use those type of bolts you need to countersink them properly.
If you aren't going to countersink then use domed/pan head bolts like Jon suggested earlier.

I know very good what need, to hide their heads completely. This is 2 mm alimuniy no way to hide a lump. My next project will be 6 mm Aluminium.
