I actually have a scale fuselage of the "civilian" version (Bell 222) for my 500-class copter!
For this trip, though, just bringing my 4-rotor fleet... they're not weaponized (yet... )

HOT damn!! Now the question is whether I'm going to make it. I had hoped to be on the road an hour ago and I still have to pack the van. To use a buffo term... "fuck me sideways"... there is entirely too much shit to do to get ready for one of these as wall as plan out every little move my staff have to make while I'm gone. Programming HVAC systems, filling the ATM machine, making sure things are ordered, schedules done, yada, yada, yada...

Hey Brad - it took me 6 hours to load up. I had to load EVERYTHING myself. Wait until you see this trailer! It's riding on the axles because the springs are totally compressed. (Lesson learned: A 5x8 box trailer is NOT enough!) Next year I'll get a 6x12. The Jeep is sitting really low as well. Got her packed right to the headliner. Sheesh!

My back is killing me, but by God I got everything packed. Don't know how I'm ever going to repeat this feat though... (Going home will be a bitch!)

I'm off to bed. Will be at the venue at 10:30 AM tomorrow. Steve Flowers (venue staff) will meet us on the loading dock. (He called last night) Also, DSLI-Jon confirmed he'll be there Thursday afternoon. And it appears we have the issue with the sound worked out, as well as the issue with the Coherent whitelight laser. It will arrive at Noon. (Being driven in from the DC area - NOT Jeff's fault!)

It's 11:17 and I'm about to finally walk out the door. Still need to hit Walmart for a cooler. I don't know if I'm going to make breakfast with DZ at the hotel but we'll see. I probably have no business driving but, I should catch a second wind soon. May need to nap in a rest area for a bit.
