Well guys , looks like i'm sleeping in the hall this year due to the F*ck up at the Ship .

Anybody would think they don't want repeat business.
I wasn't impressed when they forgot to open up for Breakfast when I stayed there and it sounds like they are going downhill regarding service to customers (not that you are a customer anymore by the sound of it .....).

A few of us booked at the last LEM for this LEM... Then all of a sudden it would appear they've made a mistake and have a wedding booked (forgot to write it in the diary), so they've had to cancel our bookings (again!, this is the third time there's been a similar f*ck up).

Now, if we were being cynical some would suggest that our bookings had been cancelled because they'd had a better offer... But, of course, as we're good honest citizens we completely understand that it'd be easy to make that mistake three times in a row
