The smallest 445nm 4W blue laser in the world -LASEVER

Following the 638nm 1W red laser, the 445nm 4W blue lasers come on to the stage! The beam size is 4x2mm, divergence is 1x0.4mrad. They have TEC (pertier cooler) inside the modules, so that the stability and life time are ensured.

Hi David,
What kind of diode are you using, is it a single diode?
Beam specs are very good, is the divergence half or full angle?

You are right. It is not a single diode.
The divergence is full angle. The beam size is 4x2mm near aperture, 18x6mm at 14 meters. The horizontal divergence is (18-4)/14=1 mrad.

If you could manufacture a module with a corrected beam and good divergence there would be a bigger market here.
