More trouble with innolasers

Hi I ordered my ILDSOS on the 07/02/2014 after weeks of waiting I received the download link. AS of today I am still waiting for an activation key.
This morning I received an email from someone else trying to get the software from Innolasers.
If anyone gets in contact with ANDREW/DRLAVA/INNOLASERS point him in this direction please.
In the meantime PLEASE BE WARY of this website and be prepared to wait a very long time after parting with your money.
Can anyone suggest any other software for creating ILDA frames, Animations that I can supply to my clients on an SD card.

oh sorry, i didn't read that correctly, i saw ILDA Export but missed the word Disabled

Eventually received my activation code on the 8th September!!

That's the point - I didn't know. I have published to every thread regarding this.

The site publishes a phone number that is disconnected.

The site does not publish that delivery of working product will take 2-3 months.

There is no reason for delivery of this product to take 2-3 months in my case (CD and dongle).

Just to get the activation key took three whole weeks.

The product is nothing special, it crashes. Wasn't worth the wait. It missed the mark, and the job that I needed it for. I was misled.

Reward dealers that do good customer service because Innolaser is definitely not satisfactory in this department.

This is why a lot of us here buy Pangolin and Mamba and others. Sure, they cost more but you get what you pay for.
