And, just two weeks after I already bought some.......
That's a great price though!
If you're the smartest person in the room, then you're in the wrong room.
The beginning of the 100:
Bradfo69 3 - 3.8mm, 2 - 9mm
Only 95 more to go!
I'll take four of the 9 mm mounts.
That brings us up to 9. Just 91 to go!

4 9mm for captain swamipants..
suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
I am in for 4 9mm and a 3.8. I still have to use the set from the last group buy for the 5.6mm... We need a 520nm diode group buy after this .

Laser (the acronym derived from Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation) is a spectacular manifestation of this process. It is a source which emits a kind of light of unrivaled purity and intensity not found in any of the previously known sources of radiation. - Lasers & Non-Linear Optics, B.B. Laud.
82-83 to go. We're about 20% there!
I might be interested. Do you have any details on the mounts? I'm not entirely sure what kind they are.

Sorry to be slow, but... what can be adjusted on the adjustable mount that can't be adjusted on the normal mount? It looks like there are four mounting screws that will hold the plate against the main mount body... Do these have some "wiggle room" compared to the diameter of the screws so you can 'center' the diode with respect to the collimator?
Is there any angular adjustment possible between the LD and the face of the collimator? Doesn't look like it, but I have not seen a mount that offers that degree of freedom.
I'm assuming it's straightforward to rotate the diode in either mount to adjust polarization?
Thanks for the info for the n00b...
