    Hi,Edson

    Thanks.

    1. Yes, it runs on 12V.
    2.Yes, heat and cool driver.
Awesome!!! Heat and cool is the way to go and running on 12V is also very convinient.

    Beam spec is below:
    3mm
    1.5mrad
    M2 is 1.2
Because we move to a standard where most scanners accept a 5mm beam i would change the ratio of the telescope so you get a bigger beamsize at aperture and a lower divergence.CNI and Laserwave can do 0.7mrd (OEM-F and V-S series). If you can reach a 4-5mm beam between 0.8 and 1 mrd it would be perfect. Because most greens would be used in an RGB the beamsize at farfield should match the other 2 colors. When having a small telescope on the front that can be adjusted by the Customer he can set it to the preffered divergence that would be ideal.

Below is an example (CNI-OEM-F with adjustable telescope):

what scanners are handling 5mm beams?

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Pangolin Saturn 5's. Probably the Compact 506's and there are likely others. I "think" Eye Magics can but, whether it's a full 5mm has been a source of debate in other threads.

Eyemagics, scannermax 506, DT30 with 7x12, DT40 with 7x12, Saturn 5 etc...... And with a 5mm its easier to get allot of red power

have we seen real world data from any of those scanners? it's a lot easier to tame those multimode diodes down to a 5mm near field beam than a 3.

Beamsize of a red multimode is between 4 and 5mm. It can,t fit on 3mm aperture mirrors. In single mode you can 3.9 x 3.9 in 0.65mrd full angle. 3mm aperture is just to small. At least that is my experiance when it comes to stacking reds. Its a nice green frank has but it needs to go down in divergence and that can easily be done by adding a telescope or even better changing the internal telescope to a different ratio.

Yes,sure, we can make it with 4-5mm and 1mrad beam, as customer's wish. But currently, the adjustable telescope is not an option.

    Thanks for your advice,Edison.

No problem, the days of needing a small 3mm beam are behind us. Most scanners can have 5mm aperture beam and so 4-5mm is now the standard with the bennefit of the lower divergence. Lower divergence means higher brigtness and in show use that is what you want. CNI can do 0.7mm in their OEM-F series. I,m sure you can do the same

You have my attention that,s for sure
