    Default Crystalaser powersupply fault

    Hello

I was wondering if any one has any data on Crystalaser open frame power supplies? One of my 25 milliwatt green lasers is having an overtemp fault that is a false error, one of the on board dc/dc converter for the 3.3 volt buss failed. I have that replaced and found that something is causing 4.5 volts to be on that line, even with that dc/dc converter removed. the company is useless as they want me to buy another 6k dolor laser, I am at the point of needing to draw a schematic my self. The dc/dc that originally caused the fault may have gone over voltage but that one i believe provides power to the TEC. the laser head it's self works on another controller.
forgot to add that the model number is GCL-015/25L. it was built in the fine year of 2003. I believe the pump diode is 500 miliwatts. I know it's low power to what i have seen here but i do like these
