Happy to help I don't know if the pump diode could have shifted wavelength (yes that would create a problem) but I had an old 532 dpss that the 808 pump diode was just plain old worn out and had reached end-of-life. Hence, the output was very low. The pump diode may need to be replaced, or if the crystals are misaligned, that could also cause low output.

Once this is fixed it is going into one of my older projection systems, although i will be using a better controller. I was using a crystalaser brand head, they use an MTA connector that has worn out and until i can find the correct head for the handle i have it will be out of service
