and here is the graphic image, notice the brush effect? i have done everythig I know to do , if you notice the image is not complete thats because their was an object in the way but i cannot get the extra lines out of it

Well, obviously I'm not the brightest light in the drawer after chasing wires i have found the problem! A smudge on the scanner mirror, yep that simple. Dumb Dumb Dumb! I want to take a second and thank you gentlemen for all your help you guys are fantastic
