Thanks for the info Datsurb. So you compared AL25K with PT30 huh? Ineresting. That ones even cheaper.
The prices for the AL scanners are cheap, no doubt. Contact Goldenstarlaser and ask for pricelists.

I will try to do a side by side picture of the AL-25 and some other scanners. Just to show what they are, but that will take some time as my PJ`s are not at home for the moment.


The rule of 80/20 is also valid for scanners. If you want the 100% quality and the best there is, the price will be premium, but you will be able to get 80% of the quality and performance for 20% of the cost. (ohh, i know i just might startet a war, but this works just fine in my book)

Totally depending on what you want to do, and expect from each en every component, the price will more or less escalate like a rocket for top notch. Good enough for me, might be crap to others, and gold for a third person. Thats why PL is my favorite source of information. Opinions, tests, picures and descriptions, paints a picture of what a component can do, and what is good enough for me.

I choose to buy 3 sets of AL25K scanners, instead of 1 set of PT30 for my use.
