Well its like this, if the rubbish rules aren't taken seriously then this will be the last LEM that I organise. Simple as that.

babe don't stress, I don't think anyone intended to leave you with all that rubbish last time. I just don't think it entered anyone heads to be honest.

No mate, you missed nothing.
You have no idea of the amount of stress these events cause me every 6 months Chris.
The rubbish issues of last year nearly tipped the balance and I DO NOT want that to happen again. I want to continue to do these but as chilled out for me and for everyone else as possible.

I've never organised one, so don't have a clue what goes into sorting it your end / potential stresses.
However, I do know these things shouldn't be causing you any stress. I think we all like the venue; but do we need to all chip in helping organise future ones to take the faff and stress from you?

Things like the rubbish... now we all know, we will all sort it as a group.
Much better to put things out in the open rather than stress over them on your own Jimmer.

My good lady has said I can stay over, so I'm looking at accomodation; I'm avoiding the Ship Inn, the only other options in Surfleet appear to be the Riverside which gets bad reviews for the state of its rooms and the Mermaid which is a. expensive and b. fully booked. All the other places seem to be in Spalding or Pinchbeck which means a car drive after the frivolities; anyone know of anything a bit closer by?
Not sure what I'm going to bring, anyone interested in seeing some large frame HeNes or my partially dissected (non running) Kimmon HeCd? Probably going to bring some quadcopters and my flight sim if anyone's interested in having a play.
